Cupertino, CA – March 2025 — AlphaX RE Capital, in collaboration with its nonprofit arm, Beta Education, has announced a partnership with the First Responder Support Network (FRSN) to enhance mental health services for first responders.

In March, representatives from AlphaX and Beta Education met with FRSN founder Joel Fay and board executives to discuss initiatives aimed at supporting the mental well-being of first responders. Fay, who served in law enforcement for 30 years before becoming a clinical psychologist, has dedicated his career to addressing the psychological challenges faced by emergency personnel.

FRSN offers specialized retreats designed to help police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other first responders process trauma and manage post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These programs provide a supportive environment for participants to address the unique stresses associated with their professions.

"We are honored to support FRSN's vital work," said a spokesperson for AlphaX RE Capital. "Their commitment to the mental health of those who serve our communities aligns with our values, and we are proud to contribute to their mission."

This partnership underscores AlphaX RE Capital's dedication to community engagement and its commitment to supporting those who protect and serve.
