Representing the forefront of residential innovation, AL Homes, an AlphaX company, joined a select group of Building Industry Association (BIA) leaders for key policy meetings in Washington, D.C., held from March 31 to April 1, 2025.  The strategic visit included high-level meetings with The White House, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Environmental Protection Agency, and members of Congress. Topics covered during the discussions included wildfire disaster recovery, housing-related regulatory support, and broader economic policy impacting the building industry.  AL Homes—recently appointed to the BIA Los Angeles Board of Directors—was selected to participate in the #RebuildLA coalition, a public-private initiative focused on long-term recovery solutions following California’s devastating wildfires. This expertise and leadership were part of the timely issues presented during the federal meetings.  Attending on behalf of our company was Dr. Angelo Farooq, Partner at AlphaX RE Capital and AL Homes.  AL Homes is proud to serve as a voice for our region and remains committed to advocating for policies that bring more opportunities and resources to the communities we serve.
