Margaret Women‘s History Month

RE Capital proudly participated in the Women’s History Month Luncheon hosted by Santa Clara County Supervisor Margaret Abe-Koga. We were honored to sponsor this impactful event and celebrate the vital contributions of women in leadership.

AlphaX CEO & Founder Stephanie Yi delivered a keynote on the transformative role of women in proptech. She shared AlphaX’s journey from vision to reality—now managing $300M+ in assets and pioneering Missing Middle Housing solutions to help address California’s housing crisis.

As a strong advocate for women’s professional growth, Stephanie also presented the Becky Morgan Visionary Award to Erica Lockheimer, CEO of HumanizeHer and Former VP of Engineering at LinkedIn. A trailblazer in tech, Erica has led LinkedIn’s Women in Tech (WIT) initiative and the HumanizeHer movement, driving mentorship and career advancement for women in STEM.
