Jia currently manages and operates the development, design, and construction teams for AlphaX RE Capital's real estate projects in North America. He also oversees asset management and develops asset allocation strategies. Before joining AlphaX, Jia was a Project Manager at a leading real estate development and investment company in Silicon Valley, handling projects such as high-rise residential and mixed-use developments. His responsibilities included market research, feasibility analysis, land acquisition, project design and development planning, budget management, and construction management. Jia holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University, as well as an MBA.
