ALPHAX Partner Installed as 2026 Cupertino Chamber of Commerce Board Member

CUPERTINO, CA — ALPHAX Partner Tom Tran has been officially installed as a member of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Board of Directors, bringing nearly two decades of Bay Area real estate expertise to the organization's leadership.

Tran's appointment comes at a pivotal time for the region's housing landscape. With nearly 20 years of experience in Bay Area real estate, he specializes in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), new construction projects, and SB9 lot splits—legislative solutions designed to promote more efficient land use and expand attainable housing opportunities.

His focus areas align strategically with ALPHAX's mission in core Bay Area markets, where the company operates as a platform-driven real estate group committed to innovative housing solutions.

"Tom's extensive experience in ADU development and sustainable housing strategies makes him an invaluable addition to the Chamber's leadership," said representatives from the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce. "His expertise will help guide initiatives that support both business growth and community development."

As a Bay Area–based organization, ALPHAX has established itself as a partner to local governments and community stakeholders, prioritizing sustainable growth and high-quality housing delivery throughout the region. Tran's board position is expected to strengthen these collaborative efforts and advance housing policy discussions at the local level.

The 2026 Board of Directors will work alongside Cupertino's business community to promote economic development, support local enterprises, and address critical regional challenges including housing accessibility and workforce development.

ALPHAX congratulates Tom Tran and the entire 2026 Board of Directors on their appointments.
