Entry Level Architectural Designer

Location

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines

  • Understand the design intent and assist with its documentation

  • Assist with required code research for project assignments

  • Assist Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments

  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to independently follow through on assigned tasks

  • Review and process construction documents


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

  • 0-2 years of experience in all phases of architecture projects

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD is a plus

Entry Level Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Apply basic and advanced engineering principles through the collection and analysis of data obtained from the field or from Project information.

  • Structural calculations, design analysis and preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of building structures and construction materials.

  • Perform construction related services including response to requests for information, and structural site inspections.

  • Collaborate with architects and contractors on design and construction of building projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Masters preferred), with a focus in Structural Engineering

  • 1 or more years structural engineering experience.

  • PE or SE license preferred

  • Must have experience designing structural systems and producing design documents for buildings in AutoCAD.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required

Senior Architectural Designer/ Project Manager

San Jose, California


Core Expectations

  • Collaborate with Drafters and Design Principals to produce comprehensive plans for submission to the City for Planning and Building Permit.

  • Facilitate coordination among various consultants to develop precise contract drawings, documents, and specifications necessary for obtaining building permits.

  • Work closely with senior staff and the technical project team to enhance project progress and coordinate task scheduling.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents and effective communication through writing and presentations.

  • Intermediate mathematical skills, including calculations, proportions, percentages, and basic algebra and geometry concepts.
