Axis Realty SCCAOR Top 1% Producer Award

From AB 1033 ADU condo conversions and SB 9 lot splits to SB 684 and SB 1123 starter homes, AlphaX has consistently stayed ahead of the curve in tackling California’s housing challenges.

Now, the company is once again leading the way — not just by building homes, but by proving that a new approach to housing development is possible.

This latest groundbreaking project may involve only six homes, but according to AlphaX, it represents something far bigger: the beginning of a scalable solution for attainable homeownership in one of the nation’s most expensive housing markets.

Turning Vision Into Reality

AlphaX attributes its ability to move quickly to its vertically integrated platform, which allows the company to streamline planning, development, and construction. But speed alone is not the goal.

“Leading is. Testing is. Trying is,” the company shared in its statement.

As a pioneer in “missing middle housing,” AlphaX has spent years creating sustainable housing pathways in California — particularly in Santa Clara County, where affordability remains a growing concern.

The challenge is steep. In Campbell, California, the average home price has climbed to approximately $1.88 million. Even households earning $140,000 annually often struggle to purchase a home in the region.

AlphaX’s new homes, priced between $1.1 million and $1.3 million, are not inexpensive, but they provide what the company describes as a critical entry point for families who would otherwise be locked out of homeownership.

More Than a Housing Project

For AlphaX, this project extends beyond a single development site.

“This project isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting line of a much bigger picture,” the company stated.

The initiative also highlights the growing impact of California housing legislation designed to address supply shortages and affordability issues. AlphaX emphasized that policy only becomes meaningful when it results in “real homes for real people.”

The company expressed gratitude to Senator Anna Caballero and California YIMBY for helping champion the legislation that made the project possible.

Community and Policy Leaders Recognized

AlphaX also acknowledged the support of local Campbell leaders, including former Mayor Sergio Lopez, Mayor Dan Furtado, Council Member Terry Hines, Council Member Anne Bybee, Community Development Director Rob Eastwood, the city’s senior planner, and the Public Works team.

Additionally, the company recognized its policy partners at California YIMBY, including Nolan Gray and Muhammad T. Alameldin, for their continued leadership in advancing housing solutions across California.

A New Chapter for California Housing

As California continues to face rising housing costs and limited inventory, projects like this may serve as a blueprint for future development across the state.

For AlphaX, the mission is clear: transform policy into housing opportunities, ideas into communities, and vision into action.

“Let’s turn policy into homes. Vision into action. Ideas into real communities.”
