PRET 2024 Panel 1-3 speakers

What a fantastic gathering at PRET 2024! We had the distinct honor of bringing together some truly distinguished leaders from across the PropTech and Real Estate sectors this year. The air was buzzing with diverse perspectives and deep dives into the trends shaping our industry.

Kicking things off, our first panel really dug into the current economic landscape for real estate. Huge thanks to David Katz (Magnify Real Estate), Jennifer Young (Geraci LLP), Elisa Covington (Transform Real Estate Investments, LLC), and Tom Huong Tran (Forte Brokerage) for sharing their thought-provoking insights and getting the conversation started.

The energy continued with our second panel, which tackled the hot topic of interest rate forecasts – something on everyone's mind right now. We're incredibly grateful to former State Treasurer John Chiang, A. W. Pickel, III (blok Home Loans), Sanford Lau (East West Bank), Jason Zhongshu Wang (Slatt Capital), and Laurent Chen (AlphaX RE Capital) for sparking such an engaging and crucial discussion.

Finally, the day rounded out with an invaluable look at the policies impacting real estate development. A big thank you to Dr. Angelo Farooq (National Association of State Workforce Board Chairs), Priya Cherukuru, AICP (City of Santa Clara Planning Commission), Dilip Kishnani (Sterling Consultants), and Jia Li (AlphaX RE Capital) for leading this important conversation.
