Welcoming Civic Leaders to Our San Jose Headquarters: Sam Liccardo, Michael Lomio, and Vincent Rocha

We were honored to welcome Sam Liccardo (Former San Jose Mayor), Michael Lomio (Senior Land Use & Economic Development Policy Advisor), and Vincent Rocha (Senior Economic Development, Housing, & Land Use Advisor), to our corporate office in San Jose.

The visits followed the successful approvals of our several projects in the city, including 1271-1279 E Julian and 125 Kirk.

Our leadership team, including Stephanie Yi (CEO), Jane Lin (Chief Investment Officer), Kai Zhang (VP of Construction and Interior Design), Jasmine Shih (VP of Public Affairs and Investor Relations), and Jia Li (Chief Assets Management Manager), introduced AlphaX's current operations, future plans, and our dedication to supporting San Jose's housing needs.
